We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: Email address, display name, profile photo (optional).
• Trading data: Trade screenshots, trade details (asset, direction, P&L, prices), journal notes, voice notes.
• Preference data: Trading style, experience level, preferred markets, risk settings.
• Usage data: Session timestamps, feature usage patterns (anonymized).
• Device data: Browser type, device type, IP address (for security only).

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide the journaling and discipline analysis service.
• Generate AI-powered discipline scores and behavioral insights.
• Power the dashboard, leaderboard, and streak features.
• Send you notifications you have opted into (daily recaps, streak alerts).
• Improve the Service through anonymized, aggregated analytics.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies.

• Screenshots and files are stored with encryption at rest.
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
• Access to production data is restricted to essential personnel only.
• Regular security audits are conducted to identify and mitigate risks.

By default, all trading data is private. If you enable a public profile, only aggregated statistics (discipline score, streak, win rate) are shown. Individual trades, screenshots, and journal notes are never exposed publicly.

We may share data with:

• AI providers: Screenshots and trade data are sent to AI services for analysis. This data is not retained by the AI provider beyond the request.
• Payment processors: Billing information is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card details.
• Legal authorities: Only when required by applicable law.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you.
• Export your data at any time (CSV/PDF, available on Elite plan).
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Correct inaccurate data through your profile and settings.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management.

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

Tradyio is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
