Terms of Service

Tradyio is a behavioral discipline tracking platform for active traders. It provides journaling tools, AI-powered discipline analysis, performance tracking, and gamification features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must provide accurate information during registration.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Tradyio offers a free plan with limited features, plus paid subscription plans (Pro and Elite). Payment is required immediately for paid plans.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of billing.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

You retain ownership of all content you submit (screenshots, trade data, journal notes, voice notes). By using the Service, you grant Tradyio a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit AI features.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard rankings.
• Misrepresent your identity or trading results.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tradyio does not guarantee that discipline scores, AI analyses, or performance metrics will lead to profitable trading outcomes.

Tradyio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
